Little does she know, some of Brendan's Great Grandfather's roses are "holding" a surprise gift at the front steps of Brendan's farmhouse where Lori and Brendan first met. These flowers are from the same rosebush my Great Grandfather would cut for my dad to give to my mother when they courted in 1966. After transplanting these flowers from Roseburg to Salem 4 years ago, I now tend them with great pride.
